Nucleo di Valutazione
Il Nucleo di Valutazione è costituito, ai sensi dell’art. 1, comma 2, della legge 19 ottobre 1999, n. 370, e dell’art. 24 dello Statuto, con decreto del Rettore ed è composto da cinque componenti, di cui tre individuati tra soggetti di elevata qualificazione professionale, esterni all’Ateneo, i cui curricula sono pubblicizzati sul sito web dell’Università. Essi sono nominati dal Consiglio di Amministrazione, su proposta del Presidente dello stesso d’intesa col Rettore. Le funzioni di Presidente possono essere attribuite dal Rettore, sentito il Consiglio di Amministrazione, ad un docente di ruolo a tempo pieno; non può essere nominato Presidente il titolare di altro incarico accademico in Ateneo. Le funzioni di segretario sono svolte da un dipendente dell’Università.
È compito del Nucleo di Valutazione verificare la qualità e l'efficacia delle attività poste in essere dall’Università, anche mediante analisi comparative dei costi e dei rendimenti, vagliando il corretto utilizzo delle risorse pubbliche, nonché l’imparzialità ed il buon andamento dell’azione amministrativa, tenuto conto delle finalità scientifico-didattiche dell’Università.
